Refunds

If you do decide you would like to return your perry, you can.

We ask that you notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods by email to [email protected] and return the goods within 28 days.

We offer refunds rather than exchanges. To be eligible, your item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable if your order is returned, except in cases where there is an issue with the order.

The cost of postage and responsibility for the safe return of the order lie with the customer, until the order is back at Commonwood Farm.

We recommend that a trackable method of postage is used and that you hold onto the proof of postage. Unfortunately, we do not collect.

Once your order has arrived back at Commonwood Farm, we will be in touch to let you know that it has been received and to process the refund. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
